Submit an Application
Download the document (below on mobile, to the right on desktop) and fill out the form by typing in your responses. Once you have completed the application, email it to CCSC at chefron@communityculinary.org. Or, you may print out the application and complete the form using a pen, then mail your completed form to CCSC at 9315-D Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28270.
Schedule an interview
All prospective students must be interviewed before they become a part of the next Class. Call 704-375-4500 to schedule an interview. During the interview, you will be given a tour of the Culinary School building.
Schedule an evaluation
During the evaluation, you will participate in a knife skills assessment. This is a requirement of the application process, as it is an evaluation of your skills and your attitude.
Drug screen
Prior to beginning class, you will be asked to take an on-site drug screen. There is no charge to the student at any time. You must complete a drug screen to begin the program. During the program, students may be subject to random drug screenings.
