The catering staff did an OUTSTANDING job at Women’s Impact Fund’s 2019 Anniversary Celebration – THANK YOU! The food was delicious; the quantity was accurate; and the service was friendly, supportive, and professional.

Appetizers

Spinach Artichoke Dip – with pita points. Serves 12-15

House-Made Potato Chips – with parmesan, rosemary & truffle oil

Shrimp – chilled cocktail, pickled, or wrapped in bacon.* Market

Antipasti Platter – cured Italian meats, cheeses, olives, pickled vegetables, crostini

Beef Bourgogne – Classic sirloin of beef braised in red wine, mushrooms & shallots

Ropa Vieja – National dish of Cuba. Rich, slow cooked shredded flank steak, with peppers, tomato & olives. Served with yellow rice & red beans

Pulled Pork – Slow cooked pork butt. Served with house made rolls and barbeque sauce

Herb roasted pork loin – Mushroom sauce

Grilled Beef Tenderloin – Served chilled with Dijonnaise and horseradish sauce / Served hot with carver

Roast Steam Ship Round of Beef – Carved with au jus & horseradish sauce. Serves 75 – 100 people

Herb Roasted Pork Loin – Mushroom sauce dressing. 24 person minimum. Will include chef fee

Whole Roasted Turkey – Pan gravy dressing. Price per person

*Will include a delivery fee. Minimum 20 guests.

All box lunches include a sandwich or salad, chef’s choice side, cookie & bag of chips. Individual salad or sandwich with house made roll or chips. Tray of half wraps, two sides, and house made chips, cookie. Minimum 18 orders for delivery.
