“Go Philly!” Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Vincent has always been passionate about cooking. After working in the medical field for 25 years, he had a health scare, and knew it was time to pursue what he was truly passionate about, because time is precious. To Vincent, the culinary world is an art form. It’s all about being fun and creative. He enjoys seeing people’s reactions to his different creations and says that cooking is peaceful for him. Vincent chose CCSC because he is a hands-on learner and wanted to know the technical and business aspects of the culinary industry in addition to the cooking. After graduation, Vincent wants to open his own sandwich shop with, you guessed it, authentic Philly sandwiches. When asked for advice to future students he said, “Be open to learning. Enjoy the moment. Take it all in.”
