“This is the place to be.” After 26 years at McDonalds, Nattaya decided it was time for a change and to do something for herself. What a better way to switch it up than to work for herself? With three daughters, aged 15, 17, and 19, Nattaya said it was up to her to leave a legacy for her children. “This is the place to be,” she said, when referring to the School. She chose CCSC because, after leaving McDonalds, she wanted to expand her cooking skills and begin creating that legacy for her children. After graduation, Nattaya hopes to open a lounge with a sports bar vibe. When asked about any advice she would give to future students, she said, “Sit down, listen, and take notes.”
