Mason is originally from Charlotte and graduated from High School in 2020. He’s the middle child between his brother and sister. Mason says that he has always enjoyed cooking, which is what attracted him to the culinary field. While he loves eating pizza, his favorite food to prepare is any pasta dish, but especially spaghetti. His parents were the ones to first hear about CCSC, and then told him more about it. Mason is excited to learn, both in the kitchen and in general, so he has liked his time here so far. He especially appreciates the great, big kitchen, where he can continue to refine his skills. After he graduates, Mason would like to work up to owning a small restaurant. Pizza, pasta or a burgers/Italian combination comes to mind, but he has not decided yet. Welcome to Class 67, Mason!
