Let your fresh start begin here!
CCSC is committed to training adults who are looking for fresh success in the culinary arts. Culinary training and life skills management provide foundations for successful careers in the food service industry. We address hunger at its root cause – unemployment.
Our 14-week program provides 350 hours of culinary training, food safety and sanitation; job readiness skills; and assistance with job placement. After graduation, CCSC provides continuing resources for our alumni. Come by to See, Feel and Taste the impact that CCSC has on its students, alumni, and the City of Charlotte!
