Rosemary Infused Tea


1 gallon unsweet tea

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups hot water

3 sprigs rosemary to the syrup


Prepare 1 gallon unsweet tea.

Dissolve 1 1/2 cups sugar in 2 cups hot water.
 Add 3 sprigs of rosemary to the syrup. 
Let the rosemary infuse flavor, then remove sprigs.
 Add simple syrup to tea.


Serves 8.
