One Miracle on Monroe dinner

At the Miracle on Monroe 2016 fundraiser last December, chefs were auctioned off.

Successful bidders received the promise of a fine dining experience at their home.

And chefs keep their word.

Chef’s hors d’oeuvres

Shrimp ceviche with avocado

Spring salad

with apples, tomato, shaved red onion, roasted pumpkin seeds, poppy seed  dressing and gorgonzola cheese

Medallions of smoked beef tenderloin “Oscar”, with asparagus, béarnaise and crabmeat with potatoes au gratin

Individual Tiramisu
