Easy As Pie Cooking Class
Date/ Time: Thursday, November 15th from 6 – 8 PM
Chef Instructor: Chef Rick Dudley
Menu: Lattice Top Apple Pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie made from scratch!
What To Expect: Master the essential pie-making skills and techniques. Chef Rick will walk you through the steps for making pie dough, all types of pie crusts and shells. Perfect for Thanksgiving!
What To Bring: One oven-safe pie pan. Other pies will be made in disposable pan for you to take home!
Rise & Shine Brunch Cooking Class for Parent & Child*
*between the age of 9 – 12 years old.

Chef Instructor: Chef Alvin Howard
Menu: Old fashioned Quiches, Pancakes, French Toast and “One-Eyed Susan.” Sides include Bacon, Hash browns and all kids will leave with a bag of pastries!
What To Expect: Looking for something to do over school vacation? Enjoy a fun cooking class with your child! Chef Alvin will be teaching basic cooking techniques and give step-by-step instruction on how to follow a recipe.
