Breakfast

Breakfast is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The standing menu is posted in the Breakfast section of the red menu bar.

Grab & Go

Items in the Grab & Go display case are subject to prior sale. Items for sale may change daily. Standing 0fferings are included in the Grab & Go section of the red menu bar. Items are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings that the Café is open for dinner. (On dinner days, a note floats at the top of the front page of this website.)

Heat & Eat

Items on the Heat & Eat menu, listed below Grab & Go in the red menu bar, are subject to prior sale, and are chilled unless you call ahead to have them heated at your arrival time. Items are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings that the Café is open for dinner. (On dinner days, a note floats at the top of the front page of this website.)

Lunch

The day’s lunch menu is posted in the Lunch Menu section of the red menu bar. The menu for the day is generally posted by late afternoon of the previous day, or by midmorning of the day. Lunch items are available Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A list of previous Café lunch menus for the past two months or so is below.

Dinner

The Café serves dinner from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on the Wednesdays and Thursdays that the Culinary School’s evening classes are in session. (On dinner days, a note floats at the top of the front page of this website.) The dinner menu for both days will be posted each week from Tuesday 3 p.m. to Thursday 7:30 p.m. The menu for Thursday evening may be revised Thursday morning after an inventory of food on hand.
